That's right people, a destination wedding in Jamaica! It was so much fun to get away for a couple of days. The sun, the palm trees, the beautiful blue water, and of course those yummy tropical drinks. Tanveer asked me to fly in for her white wedding in Jamaica after I photographed her Indian wedding in NJ last September. And I am so glad she did. The day was just perfect. We were all worried that it might rain, because it always rains in the tropics, but the weather was on our side. Yes, it was a bit hot, but at least it wasn't raining.
The ceremony was held at the beautiful aqueducts with ocean view. Everything ran smooth and sweet because they did it once before at their Indian wedding. Without the wedding nerves the couple got to relax and really enjoy their day. The reception site was truly magical with Tanveer's vision for a candle lit, romantic setting under the open sky. I'm telling you, these people know how to party. The dancing was none stop till the end of the night. I heard that some people were sore the next morning from all the booty shaking.
