The day started out at the Bryant Park Hotel. Girls were getting ready, signing along to some Pandora music. Lindsay was a little nervous, especially since her phone kept going off. It was kind of funny, her dad kept on calling, asking a million questions of where to go, when to be there, to wear the boutineer now or later. His little girl was getting married that day and I guess the nerves got to him a little too.
The ceremony took place at the beautiful St. Patrick’s Cathedral. I can’t imagine a more grand place to get married, the place is huge. The only down side is that they rush everyone out as soon as the ceremony is over, to make room for the next wedding.
After the ceremony we went back to Bryant Park and took some formal photos there. Lindsay, Tim and I even got to go on the carousel for a couple of rounds. That was fun. The reception followed at the Bryant Park Grill, with the cocktail hour on the rooftop.
